It Needs a Coach Who Tells the Truth.
When teams struggle, most people look for more motivation. Tim Neiman looks for what’s broken.
After more than 1,400 games as a head college baseball coach, Tim didn’t just build winning records—he built winning cultures. Cultures that ran on trust, accountability, and clarity. Cultures where people knew their role, knew what was expected, and showed up to do the work.
Today, Tim brings that same clarity to the organizations he speaks to.
Whether he’s breaking down toxic behaviors in his Team Killers keynote or walking leaders through legacy-building moments that actually matter, Tim delivers what every high-performing team needs: brutal honesty, better standards, and the belief that you can do something about it.
He doesn’t show up to hype people up. He shows up to help them lead better.
What Audiences Love About Tim
He tells unforgettable stories that hit harder than a home run.
He’s not just “inspirational”—he’s tactical, funny, and real.
He’s lived what he teaches. This isn’t theory. It’s 30+ years of boots-on-the-ground experience.
He helps teams stop tolerating dysfunction—and start building something they can be proud of.
He’s the voice in the room that says what everyone else is afraid to.
Built on the Field. Respected in the Room.
Coach Tim Neiman spent 36 seasons as the head baseball coach at DeSales University, earning 13 Coach of the Year awards and leading his teams to 9 NCAA tournament appearances. He is the only coach in DeSales history to notch over 800 wins in any sport, with 868 total victories, ranking him 10th among all active NCAA Division III coaches at the time of his retirement.
His 2003 team reached the NCAA Division III College World Series and finished the season ranked #8 nationally. But the win column only tells part of the story.
Tim is known for turning role players into leaders, building tight-knit cultures out of fractured teams, and creating environments where everyone knows they matter. That’s the foundation of his speaking: taking what he learned over decades in the dugout and giving organizations the tools to do the same in their own workplace.
His signature keynotes, “Team Killers” and “What Is Your Legacy?” have made him a sought-after speaker for companies, associations, and leaders looking for straight talk, team alignment, and lasting impact.
Legacy Off the Field
Tim has spent his career giving back beyond the game. He’s held leadership roles on the NCAA Division III Baseball Championships Committee, the Board of Trustees at St. Luke’s Hospital, and the Board of Directors for the Pennridge-Quakertown Sports Hall of Fame—where he was inducted in 2009.
He’s also served communities through the Miracle League, the Allentown DRIVE, Upper Saucon Township Parks and Recreation, and educational initiatives like Career Gates, helping students across Pennsylvania see new possibilities through leadership and sports.
In 2024, he was inducted into the Quakertown Wall of Fame, and in 1995, the Pennsylvania American Legion Hall of Fame.
Today, you can also find him calling games as a TV color analyst for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.
More Than a Coach.
More Than a Speaker.
A Straight Shooter Who Helps Teams Win.
If you’re looking for a message your people will actually remember and implement Tim Neiman is the speaker who brings it home.
